An inflatable double bed is available for occasional overnight visitors with prior written approval. Additional approved guests are $25 per person per night, payable in advance.

For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay cleaning every 7 days is required ($100).

No events, parties, weddings, or commercial use.
Not suitable for children or pets.
No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense.

There is also a separate private unit on the property that may be rented independently. Each residence has its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space, ensuring a peaceful and independent experience. For larger groups traveling together, inquire about reserving both spaces (subject to availability).

Because of a severe allergy, pets are not permitted under any circumstances. The home is also not suitable for children, and we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful environment by observing our no parties and no smoking policy.
